From parkrun.org, this week’s race was won by Gwilym Thomas (Valley Striders) in 17.19 and for OAC, Racheal Bamford was the first lady home in eleventh position overall with an excellent new p.b. of 18.57, Mick Jeffrey finished 25th (20.09) and new member Fiona Burke finished 148th (28.40).
