Organised by Thirsk & Sowerby Harriers, the race was won by Andrew Pearson (Longwood) in 50.10 (all gun positions / chip times).
For OAC, second claim member Matt John finished fifth recording a splendid 54.01 – a pb by a significant margin.
OAC’s Tom Midgley also knocked over a minute of his pb finishing seventeenth (56.56) and Lloyd Best was also well placed finishing 90th just outside his pb by five seconds (62.38).
It was a pb also for Tom Paget 183rd (67.09).
For a second week in a row, Karen Best set new FV35 & FV40 Club Records finishing 184th (67.13).
Matt Podd reduced his pb by 2.55 finishing 222nd (69.12) and Mark Berry finished 301st in his first ten mile race (72.39)
Second claim member Beth Massey finished 303rd (73.08), Billy Rayner finished 500th (82.43) followed by Nina Kenworthy 587th (87.31) and Hannah Mallinson 588th (87.30) both completing their first ever ten mile road race.
