Report from OAC’s Simon Anderson: I managed fifth in the Sutton Pinnacles (5.5 miles 825ft BM) organised by keighley&cravena.c. tonight with a time of 43:03. The race was won by Stevie Brock (Keighley & Craven) in 38:38, setting a new course record in only the second year of the race. Unfortunately it was ill-publicised and so only 24 ran. OAC’s Racheal Bamford reports, “The Dambuster Triathlon at Rutland Water, Leicestershire went well… it incorporated the BTF’s National Age Group Championships for which I am now the Female 20-24 Champion and I was third placed overall in the women (and only 23 seconds behind the female winner)”. OAC’s Tom Potter reports: Today I completed the fifteen miles Three Lakes Classic Trail Run organised by Killamarsh Kestrels Running Club starting at Rother Valley Country Park, halfway between Sheffield and Rotherham.
