Results now available for the Mid Kent 5 miler at Staplehurst in Kent which I took part in this morning and I finished eleventh (29.34).
The race was won by David Thompson (Barnsley A.C.) in 26.46.

Yes, it’s all true…
I think he’s the guy who came second at the Eccup 10.
Obviously I’m not the only one seeking easier pickings in the soft south. Works for him anyway.
