Wednesday 7th December – Runner of the Month for November
So many excellent performances during November resulted in numerous nominations for the bottle of wine and a dual presentation will be made to both:
Liam Dunne a pb of 34.11 in the Leeds Abbey Dash and excellent results in various Park Runs, the Sue Ryder 5 Mile Race, the Ilkley Harriers’ Lido Relays and the Cop Hill Fell Race
and also
Eleanor Shotton (pictured right, courtesy of Paul Wood, HDSRL) for her fastest p-b (post-baby) time (50.06) in the Leeds Abbey Dash and then competing in the Complete Runner Cross-Country at Shipley later the same day as well as a great performance in the Helvellyn Trail Race 15km followed by the Ullswater Trail Race 14km the following day.
