The race was won by Jack Simpson (Unattached) in 57.35 and the first lady was Emma Yates (Knavesmire) in 21st position overall (67.32).
For OAC, Lloyd Best finished 27th (69.46), Karen Best 31st (and third lady) in 70.25, Matt Broughton 47th (72.50), Mick Jeffrey 52nd (73.14) and Mark Berry 71st (76.52).

Not sure why, but our good president Mr Jefferies also ran, but doesn’t appear on the results. He finished not far behind me.

It seems they gave me Mike Jeffries of Swaledales number. An easy mistake to make. I fginished in 73.14 by my watch
