It was a fantastic effort by Scott this week and were it not for the horses….well who knows? Perhaps a course rather than category record? We also had storming performances from the ladies this week with three other category records falling to Tilly Melechi (Ilkley), Katie Barber (Unattached) and Brenda Grant in the F60. I have to really commend Scott for going back to a point on the course to cheer in the later runners-it is what this small event is all about-I think his applause helped shave seconds off those sprinting for the line. Well done him and well done the B&W!
All the best and good running,
Paul Shack
