The race was won by Adam Peers (Liverpool Harriers) in 15.24 and the first lady in sixteenth position overall was OAC’s Racheal Bamford (16.50).
OAC second-claim member Zack Whitehead finished 44th (17.53) and Simon Anderson crossed the line in 75th (18.58).

Compliments Racheal for winning the 5 k in 16.50 , it is still a great time to achieve, if you consider that you are not only a runner but as well a cyclist and a swimmer,my opinion if you were only a runner, to run 5 k under 16 minutes would be not difficult for you at all ,well done indeed. Also Zack and Simon run strongly , that is good racing.
