Well done John, great run this morning.
It was a good morning at the Colin Best’s race, I liked it, also if I was last to finish, every club’s members ran really well, especially Caron who is coming back to shape with a convincing run, and Gemma who passed me double speed, well done to Colin and to all of us as well, because it was a splendid place to be.
C’mon everyone, let’s have a bug turnout for the grand finale.
