Visiting the in-laws in Farnham and found the Alice Holt Parkrun 4 miles away and its a little beauty. The course is all off road on muddy forest trails and is hilly !!! What a find, visiting the out-laws had greater appeal in the future.

20:30 is good indeed Howard that is a strong performance , achieved in a difficult three laps course. Also Sean had a good day in Farnham , he proved that you can ran from the in-laws into the muddy forest, no wonder that Sean is improving fast, every runner needs the in-laws to get faster and faster.
