Well done to Laura C – she shot past me.
Lovely night for a run, but doing a big fell race on Sunday is not the best preparation for a handicap (or should that be: is a handicap).
    Thanks to the Robertshaws

What a fantastic night at the Thruscross reservoir , the route around the reservoir is just beautiful , I would say the best handicap ever . Congratulations to Laura C. for winning the race in 39: 07 that is a great time . Also Tom H. with 49:51 ran strongly and slowly he is coming back in good shape. Thank you to Andrew R. for putting down the very indeed useful white flower , without it, I would still be there lost in the wild woodland and in the north forest at the top of the reservoir . Well done to everyone who has done this very tough handicap.

Sorry I meant ” white flour”. This morning I met Beate the german woman that she is as well a club member, we went for our usual easy Sunday run and we chose to do it at the Thruscross reservoir and to my surprise the white flour was still there . I noticed much more display of flour that I did not see on Thursday night race , they were also on small rocks , wooden poles and steps , good job Andrew.
