Howard is back , 21:06 done in York is fast indeed . Nicola L. with 21:50 had an excellent 5k down South. Also James K. in Leeds ran a super race with 21:04 with sister Natalie K. that ran in 28:53, that is good . Well done to everyone who ran the park run .

Thanks for the comment Antonio. Half-way back perhaps. I was aiming for 20 but the wind was so hard and cold my nose bled! I would like to sub 40 again for 10K so I have to hit 19 ish on a flat park run sometime

Easy tiger Howard , 21 minutes for a 5k is good , the racing season is a long one , consistency is best then few very fast performances then struggling for the rest of the year , it is more true as well because you do a lot of swimming and bike , not one sport but three and it is not easy to keep injury at bay when you are so competitive and you have to push to the limit .
