Best run of the evening by a long way was Reid, welcome back.

  1. I agree about Reid doing a strong ran in 57:51 especially on not so easy terrain to have a consistency stride . Mark H. was superb on the night in 37:04 , I just do not how he can go so fast in every kind of trail , not only tarmac . Also Shane E. had a very good race in 39:51 good result indeed and Sara E. too ran a super 10k in 49:56 it is a good speed for such a route . Well done to all .

  2. Agree with Mark – great to see Reid back running healthily and strongly. Good route for this off road runner.
