Saturday 26th November – Weeton Handicap


Handicap stalwart Antonio just held off Ryk for the win at a bitterly cold Weeton. ¬†Scott stormed through to third recording the fastest time of the day, just¬†16 seconds slower than Ian’s course record.

David Cattanach went back to the top of the handicap table with a 4 point lead over Tom Pomfrett and 10 on Tom Lynch, see the full table here.

The final and most prestigious race of the year is the Ken Dixon Christmas Handicap, Sunday 18th December.

    Thank you to Andrew R. and to Howard J. and as well to Hannah L. for the good comments . It is good to see back Gemma H. running a fast race in 45.22 it is an encouraging performance for the final Ken Dixon for her . Also the senior member Colin B. ran strongly in this Weeton race in 42.46 a solid result achieved in a very cold morning and Liz F. had a brilliant running in 41.19 it is super racing . Well done to everyone .
