Sunday 9th July: Kilburn7

Report from Mark Hall:

This was my 3rd race in 8 days, don’t think I have ever raced so much! This was another very hilly race with a steep long climb within the first mile and a mile long drag from Byland Abbey to the 5 miles point, there after up and down. I finished 2nd in the race in  42.27 and first veteran runner, so 1st V55. A hot, hilly day.

Winner: N Watson, Scarborough AC, 41.08

First woman. Sharon Barlow, Harrogate, 46.06

  1. #1 by Antonio Cardinale on July 13, 2017 - 8:24 pm

Great run , only 1.19 from the winner , 42.27 on a hot day and a hilly course of 7 miles is a fantastic result that achieved the 2nd place in the race . Well done to Mark H.
