Report from Graham Lake:
I entered one of these runthrough.co.uk races last year, and so to keep me out of the pub (until later) I entered their Olympic Park run while down in London for work.
The event is well organised and very friendly with lots of cheering marshals and a communal atmosphere (think Parkrun but with chip timing and £20 price tag).
The course was nice, on tarmac and compact gravel round the Olympic park not far from the velodrome. A bit convoluted, but pleasant enough, and flat. I finished in 39.02, 16th runner.
Winner was Gerrard Heaney in 34.25
