It was Suzys first time at a race and I think she was a bit overwhelmed by it all! It was brilliant for the kids though, the prize giving and chocolate throw at the end and has encouraged her to give it another go at Xmas, although she wants me to run with her this time so I best get in training!!

I missed the throwout – glad that went down well. We want to see Suzy back out there. And Hannah, the Senior Stoop is only 5 miles – such good training for the Chevin Chase
