Training at Otley AC

Training takes place on a Tuesday and Thursday at 7.15pm. There will be specific training on Tuesday nights, normally a hill, speed, fartlek type session, but also streamed road and off-road running groups for all abilities. On a Thursday there will normally just be the streamed groups.

Qualified coaches and run-leaders will be available on the night.

Hugh Pearson is club coach and runs the Junior section as well as mentoring the other coaches.

Sara Elliott has Coach in Running Fitness qualification and organises the beginners group as well as running main group hill and speed sessions.

Graham Lake has Coach in Running Fitness Qualification and leads hill and speed sessions.

The following members have Leader in Running Fitness qualification and will help lead the streamed running groups along with some Speed and Hill sessions: Tom Lynch, Matt Podd, Billy Rayner, Hannah Lupton
